Tim Jacomb (Lead Pastor)

Tim joined KBC in 2016, along with his wife Lindy.  Tim loves thinking about theology, preaching, visitation, and drinking good coffee.

Prior to completing training as a Pastor at Carey Baptist College, Tim grew up in West Auckland where he then worked as a builder on high-end, architecturally designed homes. Tim's love for learning has also seen him complete a Masters' in Theology and more recently he took a year out to begin working towards a Masters in Property Practice, through Auckland University’s Business school. Dreaming about the ways in which churches can reimagine and redevelop their properties for the good of their wider communities, as well as for those who worship in them, is something that Tim is really passionate about.

Tim has two dogs, six chickens, two frogs and two children. That means there are currently 32 legs residing at his place. He keeps hoping the Wellington wind might blow some of the chickens away, but it hasn't happened yet…
